Piri Piri Pizza is a special pizzeria located at the entrance of the Gümüşlük village area, known locally as “Köy İçi”. This small yet flavorful place offers artisan pizzas and craft cocktails and has quickly become a popular spot among the locals.

The owner, Kerem Bey, is actually a bartender with 12 years of experience. This expertise is reflected in the menu, which features special cocktails and homemade syrups. Kerem Bey produces five types of tonic syrups, and the production area is right next to the pizzeria. You can even buy these tonic syrups bottled if you wish.

Piri Piri Pizza takes great care in the dough of their pizzas. They use sourdough, and even the water used in the dough is carefully selected. They bring the water from Munzur to ensure its natural quality.

The pizzas at Piri Piri Pizza are a bit different from the typical ones. They offer 18 types of pizzas, each with their own unique twist. For example, their “Magic Funghi” pizza is one of the favorites. It features a buttery, turmeric sauce topped with three types of mushrooms, fresh oregano, parmesan, and black truffle oil – a pizza that should be at the top of your must-try list.

Of course, you can also enjoy classic pizzas like Margherita, Quattro Formaggi, and Pepperoni, but you’ll find their own special touch on these as well. Some other popular pizzas include The Kabaki, Hot Prince, ShrimPiri, and Anatoli.

The Kabaki pizza is made with a special white sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, caramelized onions, zucchini, walnuts, and fresh basil. The Kabaki is definitely a must-try pizza.

Hot Prince features beef pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapeños, and fresh basil. The Hot Prince pizza was shaped according to customer requests and turned out absolutely amazing…

There are 18 different pizzas in total, including ones with shrimp, spicy toppings, smoked meat, and cauliflower. From time to time, Kerem Bey experiments with new pizzas and adds them to the menu.

For appetizers, the menu includes Garlic Bread, Roasted Potatoes, Ricotta Fritters, and Roasted Tomato Soup. For dessert, after tasting their Tiramisu, you’ll want to visit this wonderful place just for the Tiramisu.

Piri Piri Pizza has both indoor seating and a small garden. No matter where you are in Bodrum, don’t miss out on trying these delicious pizzas.

Piri Piri Pizza also serves alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, whiskey, and homemade liqueurs. They carry Garaguzu, the local beer of Muğla, which is worth trying if you haven’t already.

For non-alcoholic drinks, you can try local sodas from Gagoz, a local Turkish brand. These sodas make a great accompaniment to the pizza. However, Kerem Bey recommends pairing the pizza with tonic. They make their tonic from fruits grown in the local gardens of Gümüşlük, which is also a way to support these special gardens.

Piri Piri Pizza is open year-round. In winter, it opens at 13:00 and closes at 21:00, while in summer, it opens at 15:00 and stays open until midnight. Just a heads-up, this lovely family-run establishment is closed on Wednesdays.

Very cute small business, friendly and welcoming staffs. Owner was helpful and provided English menu, showed me the size. We ordered the shrimp pizza with Ayran. Price was reasonable. The pizza was DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend adding jalapeño to the pizza if you like a little kick. Almost forgot to take a photo of it before we devoured it....
